What began as an 8th grade homeroom project to support pediatric cancer research became Kids Walk for MSK Kids. Every dollar raised gives the doctors and researchers at MSK Kids the tools they need to make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer.
Kids Walk for MSK Kids
The doctors and researchers at MSK Kids rely on the generosity of donors to make up the difference—that’s where the Kids Walk for MSK Kids community comes in!
Kids Walk for MSK Kids is proud to support groundbreaking research that brings new treatment options and better outcomes to pediatric cancer patients at MSK Kids and around the world.
Family is at our core. In 2001, Sophie and her Packer Collegiate classmates founded Kids Walk to raise money for pediatric cancer research. At the time, Sophie's brother, Simon, was finishing treatment for stage IV neuroblastoma at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK).
